The bar was really fun and the servers were nice. But they had a regular there with a very crazy dog.the dog owner continued to not keep her dog in check and would insult the other customers and wasn't reprimanded because she was a regular. If she isn't there it's 5 stars Also free pool
Basic dive bar in Greenpoint with booth seating, a couple tables outside, and a dog friendly atmosphere. Seemingly never all that crowded (been around at night and afternoon), though not dead either. Beers are $7 for draft, cocktails $8-9. Selection is not the most extensive but they have something for everybody. Inside they have a pool table that's free to use, which is a nice touch. No food to speak of, so best to bring something from the nearby spots. Only one bartender working and she does a great job. Can get stuffy inside during the hotter days, which is something to keep in mind when ordering drinks
Great place, affordable drinks (about 5 for a draft) and friendly service, dog friendly and free pool. Whats not to love, the place is charming and dimly lit. You can also bring in outside food, overall a very accommodating and friendly place.
Great spot. Free pool. Good people. Good vibes. No noodle salad though. Maybe soon. The bartenders are great. Especially John. Nice guy. Makes great drinks. Tony is hilarious. A bar with true character is hard to come by in Greenpoint these days.
